Our flat, 31 Square Meters with a large 25 meter garden (our flat is on the ground floor) where you can barbeque, was build in 1999 and is very clean with a just newly redone kitchen! The flat is 1 minute walk to the port of Ouistreham and it’s stores as and renowned Fresh Fish Market.

Ouistreham is great location to fish, swim, Tan, enjoy the beach, go for walks, visit other nearby towns, museums and all Normandy has to offer! The Casino and Spa are greatly appreciated by visitors as well as many restaurants – there is a very lively city centre just 7 minutes’ walk, Avenue de La Mer, with an abundance of shops, cafés, restaurants, iced cream and waffle vendors and all you’d expect from a Normandy coastal town. Your vacation flat is clean and well-maintained and was constructed in 1999 and has always been well cared for! There is a big bay door looking out at the garden and the building has a name tag on the front and is called ‘L’Amirauté’ at 91 / 93 Avenue du Général Leclerc, 91 avenue du Général Leclerc. Our Assistant Kimtry Vin is available and close by at all times and you may call him if you require anything! In addition, the building has a wall around it to prevent access and a garage key will be provided to you if needed so you can parc your vehicle.
